Australian Wholesale Investor Criteria

This offer is made in reliance on the exemptions available under Sections 708 and 761G of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and is only available to persons who qualify as wholesale clients, including:

  • Individuals or entities certified by a qualified accountant as having:
    • Net assets of at least AUD $2.5 million, or
